Downtown Chicken Chicken is a very small village in southeast Alaska, with a year-round population of approximately 12 to 30 people. Most visitors stopping through can head to the downtown district which features a bar, gift shop, cafe and salmon bake. There is no phone service or indoor plumbing in town.
